Smilies bug

ok so just like the other two bugs i reported, you create a
forum, caf deletes it, you create a forum again with same url
and now you log in and create a new topic or post in one and you
see double of the same smilies

Well when you reply to a topic or create a topic(not using quick
reply) you will see the same smilie twice
