       Admin bug

       Kind of the same like the password bug but you create a forum,
       CAF deletes it, you create a forum with the same url and now you
       log in and go to the admin cp and now you look at the bottom
       right where it lists the Forum Administrators and the admins'
       username from the previous forum are still there
