Free Chat room

Probably this my first post in this hosting forums.
I'm an experienced forumer and have tested different hosts like
forumotion, phpbb (mostly phpbb3) etc. Now recently I moved here
to test this host out. I just found a very basic but a major
difference between phpbb3 and CAF (createaforum) that phpbb3
provide free chat room whereas CAF don't. Chat room is very
essential to keep the members interest in the forum and probably
you are going to pay for your forum if its members are
interested in it. So this is my appeal and suggestion to provide
free chat room option. This will help you in growing the
community. Thank you.

Free I can't offer it uses too much resources. I tend to be
against chat room since it stop being from posting on the
forums.
I do have a shoutbox that is free which is part of ezportal
system.

Then what about the phpbb3, how come they providing free chat.
CAF proved to be so awesome and facilitating for me as it
contains many more functions and opertunities, that's why I
moved from phpbb3 to here and decided to start my same forum as
in phpbb3 here (I deleted the old forums by the way). The only
thing I'm having trouble in getting audiance is chat box as many
people are bounded by it as they create friends and chit chat
most of the time and stay at forums for long time duration. And
by the way, while I was bolding some words in my this post, I
just figured it out that there are no BBcodes displaying in here
while they do appear in the forum I created? Do we have to pay
to remove these codes.

phpbb3 is different software does not work the same way.

I know right.
Another thing that the [glow=red,2,300]LEGEND [/glow]names are
not displayed thus making it hard to find the authority members
