How can I create a home page?

Hi, may I know how can I create a home page? And how to edit it
etc etc? And how can I edit those

You can create a home page using ezportal and add blocks to it.
Menu icons you can add under admin -> style manager -> custom
tabs
SMF mods can't be installed.

Admin -> Layout Settings -> Member options
Click
"Configure guest and new user options for this theme"
And also
"Change current options for all members using this theme"
Then check " Return to topics after posting by default." and
save

How can I put a topic, image or something like that in the home
page? Can I do it through ezportal? And if yes, how can I?

Yes you can with the ezportal with board newsblock.

I did choose the board, created a topic there but it's not in
the home page. I even tried to make the topic sticky but nothing
yet.
