       Please is CreateAforum been real Here, Help Me out

       I have signed up for a forum at CreateAforum since 2013 but
       never bought the ultimate plan until late July. Now, the problem
       is that ever since I've bought the ultimate plan, some of the
       promised features were not added. In fact the needed and
       important features are not working on my forum. I can only have
       access to features like store, classifieds and chat. I installed
       ad seller pro but it doesn't display my ads or show any ads
       location even after I enabled all the ads location. I needed the
       download modification which is rightly on my admin portal but
       wasn't able to view and install it because it's not working...
       Now, the most annoying to say is that i bought a domain name
       from godaddy the same day I paid for the ultimate plan but after
       watching Tutorials and setting up and changing the nameservers
       to the specific host nameservers given by CreateAforum...
       All i have been seeing is that I have an error in the set up
       when ever I tried to update the url from my forum admin and
       godaddy is telling there was a wrong use of nameservers or the
       nameservers address is not registered
       Pls is there a way out for me or I should forget about the site
       because am fed up right now... Please kindly help me out! My
       forum address is nounforum.createaforum.com and my registered
       domain name is schoodu.com
