       How do i?

       Ok so ive been working on the forum for a while now and i was
       wonder how i change the bar at the top of the forum where it
       says replies and login, it looks very plain and i want to change
       it :( Unfortunately i have very little knowledge of css and i
       was wondering if anyone is kind enough to give me the script for
       it. Thi is the kind of thing i want.

       how much coding would it require? Also is there anywhere i can
       get anyone to do it for me? cheers

       Unknown. Unlikely but you can try posting. I don't have design
       skills.
