Issue with email notifications

Hi,
One member has just noticed that the wording of the email
notifications is suddenly odd. Here is the email they relieved:

attachment at
[/font]

Clearly, the post name has been replaced by someone else's email
subject.
Also, the "at" and "in" used to be the other way around in
previous subject titles, I think?

How about the name of the thread they were tagged in being the
subject title of someone else's email? They were both tagged in
the same post - so maybe it was a one-off?
