Forum not updated for Tapatalk?

Hi, I am a forum owner and have been using Tapatalk on my site
for a few months. Everything was working perfectly until a few
days ago.. Now when I try to login to my website via Tapatalk,
it tells me that no connection could be established and to
contact the forum administrator.
I have tried everything I can think of, since createaforum
doesn't let me install mods, I am unable to update it myself..
All the guides I have read say that it should be updated
automatically, but it's not.
In the below screenshot, Tapatalk is telling me that my API is
out of date. I have tried to refresh, tried resetting the API
key, nothing works. :(
Clicking ''update'' in the orange box on my screenshot, simply
takes me to a guide on how to install the mod.. which I cannot
do.

I did turn most of tapatalk off since not many people were using
it.
What is your forum url?

I am still unable to connect to the forum on Tapatalk.
I reset my API key again after your last reply, but I'm still
getting the same out of date message on the Tapatalk website.
:(

Yeah it is not the latest version we install and update when we
can.

Update:
I have uninstalled and reinstalled Tapatalk on my Android
device, and it works now!
Update 2: It's not working again.. lol >.<
