I don't see any permission like "Visible Topic when Login"
.What's the name called for that permission?

If you want it where no one can see the boards/topics you go to
admin section, under forum click on boards, on all the boards
you have created do each one, click on modify, then under
permission profile you will see allowed groups, make sure guest
is unchecked...then at bottom hit Modify...this willl make all
boards not show untill the member logs in...
