       Tags not showing up on users, shoutboxes and top posters ezblock
       on every page

       Hello
       on my forum, for some reason the gif/picture  tags I have
       assigned to membergroups will not show on certain users.
       Also, My ezblocks for the home page are on every page! How do I
       get them to stay only at the home page?
       Thank you! I need help!
