Can I know why today too much maintenance mode on my forum?

Hello create a forum officer can I know why today My forum go
maintenance mode for many hours guests fail to access my forum
and create account also users fail to access the forum and have
fans. Does it mean these forums can not work when there are many
guests and users online?
I ask so because this problem is happening today since have more
than 20,000 guests online.

I can't believe you went offline leaving my forum unsolved! I
loose new customers today. This traffic I get is seasonal it
happens once per year so I could get may users today but they
only see the message "Maintenance ModeOkay faithful
users...we're closed for Maintenance! this will take only few
minutes or hours"
Bad enough my forum is redirect to another url without my wish
as the private message show and I can not access my admin log in
page
May be the feedback will make me understand if I am in a right
place as I was thinking before.

THis is really frustrating to see they've ignored your question.
As I've found mine is under maintenance too and I have no idea
why. No warning for it.
Surely if our sites are to go under maintenance it's due to our
own doing or we should get some email warning it will happen in
advanced.
My website is brand new and I'm failing to attract users because
as soon as I started advertising it this happened... I'm really
unhappy. And the fact they said 'google issue' and ran off says
quite a lot.

I suggest the Facebook and twitter page of createaforum could be
used to alert us for new updates and things like maintenance.
Anyway I see my forum returned to normal and people enjoy it.
