Cannot create a link in my forum

Simple just like the subject box says, I can not create a
proper link in my forum but apparently i can here.

The pop up box does not show up at all.
Plz help.

What are link are you putting in your forum.
We use the same software for the support forum as your forum
uses.

Just your run of the mill type links
like youtube or to other site nothing special.

The pop up box for the link does not pop up when i press the
"Insert Hyperlink" button
I.E.
Step One:
Type in name of site
The Unseen
Step Two:
Press Hyperlink button (Box should pop up)
Step three
insert link

Hello I guess I know your problem and I would like to share this
very short tutorial video on how to activate a pop up link when
you want to insert your hyperlink
The video has not supporting audio but I believe by watching it
you can get the concept. If you will not understand it please be
transparent I will create another video with supporting audio.

that looks good
took me at least 15 minutes for it to actually work that way, it
kept on glitching.

I only use seconds on my forum to insert hyperlink by clicking
that toggle view button [font=verdana] [/font]then I highlight
words that I want to insert the link and click insert hyperlink
button. But I see here at support.createaforum.com there is no
need of clicking toggle view to activate 'insert hyperlink pop
up box' May be they can do something to other forums if possible
