Html code not working

With my old 1.20 forum I had, I was able to use html code. With
the new version I have it just shows an empty block. This is an
example of what I'm trying to post:

There's a code I used which worked fine in old forum. If I show
it here it won't show as codes don't show when posting, only the
video that's included in the html code.
I click on "code" icon, then replace "code" with "html". It's
not working.

This is what I use then enter the embed code between brackets.
In the old forum, I'd also, if there was no wording included in
the post I'd add a "." at the end or else it wouldn't show. It's
was like that for years.
Included is how I setup the code brackets
