       Help me in Domain manager

       Dear members,
       I hope that you are doing well.
       I Create a forum  named  ite.creataforum.com that worked well.
       then I register my own domain as  iterm.ir ,
       I add the ns1.ite.creataforum.com and ns2.ite.creataforum.com
       to the own domain name servers. Is it correct?
       My concern:
       Most of our member have not access to iterm.ir  and the
       ite.createaforum.com also the first page is available
       But when i insert an IP (4.2.2.4)  address to DNS portion of my
       browser , iterm.ir is working well.
       What is wrong and what shall I do?

       If your domain is iterm.ir  you need to create private
       nameservers ns1.iterm.ir and ns2.iterm.ir
