       How can make myself to be owner? and remove the stats newbie?
       and how to make other people to be an administrator or owner on
       stats?

       If you are only admin u are owner.
       To give other people admin edit their profile then edit account
       and change their membergroup

       Admin -> Layout Settings -> Them Settings -> Hide post group
       titles for grouped members:
