hi I have basic creat a forum went into ezportal and says my
shoutbox is ticked but cant access it? any ideas please, thanks.

You have to add the block using ezPortal block manager.

hi admin, I am lost here I just cant see any chatbox at all on
the forum?

You would need to add a shoutbox using ezportal. Under the
ezportal block manager you need to add a shoutbox block

yeah admin I have done all that and saved it but cant still see
no chatbox? so confused.
