       Chat room ban

       Hi.  I was just wondering if we ban someone from our chatroom,
       can they tell that they are banned, or will they just not be
       able to get in, and not know why?  Thanks!!

       Haven't tested it myself but they should get an indicator that
       they are banned/can't access chat.
