       Hi,
       Can anyone translate this code for me so my forum will be able
       to use it?

       I've tried replacing <a href=" with [ u r l  ] and </a> with [ /
       u r l ] but I'm missing something.  :(

       You would post the code in admin -> style manager ->
       headers/footers
       Then put in the footers section
