Help! Nobody can join!

Hi. Nobody can join my forum. The registration page is not
working. I think it has something to do with the catchpa as i
cannot seem to turn it off in the settings. Help!

Captcha can't be turned off due to spam issues.
What is your forum url?
What happens when they try to register? Do they get an error
message if so what is the exact message.

Thanks for getting back to me. The error message is simply
An Error Has Occurred! There is no message.

I was able to register on the site using Firefox

Ok. Prehaps it was an issue with the browser or the users who
tried to register. I'll post again after someone else has tried.

doing to register?

Hi, sorry it has taken so long to respond, The problem is with
Firefox. Users are able to register with Internet Explorer and
Chrome. Thanks for helping me.
