       Forum index has changed for one member

       Hi.  I have a member that is telling me that when she goes to
       the index page of our forum it is completely different than
       normal.  The way she described it is that "mine looked different
       before it had my picture on it and had a gray background".  I
       have not idea what it looks like now unless it actually looks
       the way it should and before she had it set up differently than
       the default.  She is not computer savvy nor is she very good at
       explaining things so she can't take a screenshot so that I can
       see what she is seeing now or give me an idea of what she is
       seeing.  Does anyone have any idea what could have been changed
       or what she could have changed?  When I or other members sign
       it, it looks just fine.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

       Is she using a mobile device or iPad? If so we implemented a new
       easier to use mobile layout.

       She is using a mobile.  I received the email stating that the
       mobile version had been upgraded and explained it to her.  I'm
       not sure how much of it she understood what I was trying to tell
       her, but I received a msg from her a bit ago saying it was
       working again so hopefully she figured it out.  Thanks for the
       help :)
