chat forum to forum?

Can a forum that has the chat addon chat with another forum that
doesn't? I had a member on today that stated that someone was
talking to him while he was on the forum. I signed into his
account and did not see anything unusual. Is this possible?

No each chat is only tied to one and only one forum

ok, thanks. Im gonna have him take a screenshot next time it
happens. He said it was coming from my forum but I don't have
the chat program. Is there any way someone could have hacked
something like that in?
