       How do I do punishments?

       I am looking to do punishments other than banning someone. I was
       looking to do something like this:
       Grunt - Can only view General Discussion
       POW - Can't post threads.
       Viewer - Can only view threads
       Failure - Only labels you
       Giblet - Can only view profiles and view and send PMs.

       You would need to create a new membergroup and give them the
       permissions you only them to have.
