Can you change ranks?

I would like to change the ranks on my site from Newbie, Jr,
Member, Sr. Member, and that stuff to something else.

click on modify on the right side

goto
admin -> member groups -> scroll down you will see ranks -> on
the right side of the rank there will be a button "modify" click
on it and change .
