       News Fader Help?

       Hello CAF, so it's been going on for a while now but my news
       fader doesn't seem to be working. It displays all of the
       different news, but they're all just stacked on each other and
       nothing is working. It's just displaying all of the news items
       without fading. Any suggestions? It works fine on my iOS device
       but not on my laptop's browser. I am using the latest version of
       IE.
