I´ve searched but haven´t found the answer to my quest...
I have a board, and I want it to be visible to everyone, but I
´want that only members with a certain post count can post a
reply/topic.
How can I do that?

You first need to enable permissions for post groups.
Admin -> Permissions -> Settings -> Enable permissions for post
count based groups

You have to create a new profile.
Permissions -> Edit Profiles -> New profile
Modify the membergroup and deny them permission to reply,create
topics.
Next Assign that profile to the board that you want the
permissions to take affect on.
