       Okay, I'll do that and get back to you.
       I just tried something that worked on a supposedly locked board.
       I have the permissions set so guests can view and post. So, I
       tried posting as a guest anonymously. It worked! &#128512;
       Now I'll try what you sugggested on the boards.

       The icon at the bottom I believe is just a legend doesn't mean
       whole board is locked. Each post would have a lock icon

       I don't recall seeing it there before. At any rate, it appears
       that anyone can read and reply to a post. &#128077; &#128077;

       There is no locked symbol on any topic so I guess I'm okay for
       now.

       I have trimmed down the board permissions to the bare minimum
       (read and reply to posts and attachments allowed).
       I have the permissions set as the default for all 11 (I forgot I
       had added a new board) boards.
