Need help again - Users not able to register,

People can do everything up to the code but then it won't let
them register or redo code.
I could use help now as I have members trying to register but I
doubt support is online at this hour.

What error are they getting the exact message?

That's the problem is they are not getting an error message.
Once they fill out the information and do the captcha once, it
just disappears.
And now after i had to register my friend, even though all my
settings are set so everyone can post threads to my boards; it
will not let them. The post a topic button does not even show
up.

so any idea whats going on, because I cannot figure it out at
