Friend in Europe cannot pull up forum in browser

I have a friend in Europe that is trying to sign up to my forum
but when she tries to get to the forum she gets a message saying
to contact support for help. Do these forums only work in the
U.S. or is something else going on?

I block some countries such as Russia/china but can do an
exception for your forum if needed.

I can't find anything in the admin settings that have anything
to do with blocking countries :(

There is no setting. That is a setting we control on a per forum

k, gotcha, can you do an exception on my forum for Canada? I
have people from all over the world, but that is the only one I
am seeing right now that is having a problem

it looks like she moved. Im waiting on her to get back to me to
tell me where she is at. As soon as she does Ill let you know.
I do know I have members in England, Turkey, Brazil, Australia
and Italy for sure. Thanks!

Her facebook page says she lives in Canada, but she's from
Russia, Ill bet she probably lives there
