Anti spam says I am flagged as a spammer

Whenever I try to go on my site, it says I have to verify
myself. It says I was flagged as a spammer on my own site. I
have to do the authentication word typing thing. I have to do
this twice in a row and it is really frustrating. Why is it
doing this?

Are you connecting from the same device and same ip or different
ip?
IP was listed as a potential spam bot which we are trying to
block to keep spammers off.

its the same device. I got new wifi. Could this be why?
