changing the forums title

help me i can't change my forums title i went to the admin panel
then to the forums settings then i change the forums title then
i press save but i doesn't change it is till the old title.
this may be a bug.
if it isn't a bug.what can i do toc hange the title?!

my forum URL:
www.dxheartbreakers.createaforum.com
i want to change the title to
Travian-Death/Freedom
it sometimes appear like that and sometimes it appears as the
old one.

look i don't want to change the URL i want to change the title
that appears at the top of the forums
from:
Travian-DX/Heartbreakers
To:
Travian-Death/Freedom
after i did this and saved it keeps changing by itself sometimes
i find it as i want and sometimes i find it as the old one.what
can i DO?
