I need to move the forum to another domain. Now if there is
going to be a fee I can close one and open another just as easy.
How do I log on to Create a forum home page for my account.

Step 1:
You will need to create two name servers at the register for
your domain.
These two nameservers contain the following information
Nameserver 1:
Domain: ns1.yourdomainname.com
IP Address:184.171.171.98
Nameserver 2:
Domain: ns2.yourdomainname.com
IP Address:184.171.171.98
Replace yourdomainname.com with the domain that you are going
to use for your forum.
Next, you need to change the nameservers on the domain to
ns1.yourdomainname.com And ns2.yourdomainname.com
Currently they are

Nameserver 1:

ns3.bravehost.com

Nameserver
2:

ns4.bravehost.com

The site I need it to go to is Gawhig.org
69.90.104.122
Would it be easyer to close one and make a new one?

No?
You can change the domain using private nameservers.
Or point an A record to 184.171.171.98

YOu need to either make a DNS a record for the domain Gawhig.org
and poin to the IP of createaforum
Or create private nameservers ns1.Gawhig.org and ns2.Gawhig.org
pointed to the ip of createaforum.com and point your domain
to ns1.Gawhig.org and ns2.Gawhig.org
