       How do you change post arrangement on topic?

       For example I want to make it so it goes from oldest to newest
       posts in a topic.  Are there settings for this?

       You can do it for all topics but not a specific topic.
       Admin -> Layout Settings -> Member Options
       You have to reset the default and current member options for
       that setting
