       I need help on how to set up my forum where only I can post in
       my rules section. That way it's clean and no one screws around
       with it. Hope someone can help.

       When you set up your board, use the dropdown arrow next to
       "Permission Profile" (says "Default").  Select "Read Only" or
       "Reply Only".  That means that members can only read or reply to
       your posts.
