Suggestions for free forums and problem on my forum

Suggestions for the free forums;
- Add forum legend (where what ranks the forum has show at the
bottom of the forum).
- Add crowns, I wanna be able to use crowns on my free forum.
- Make it so the colour of our name on free forums show in
threads instead of just on the online list.
The problem on my forum;
- I am the only one that can quote posts for some reason.
Everyone else on my forum can't. Someone pops up for a couple
seconds when someone (not me) tries to quote. I can show you
what it is in a screen shot if you want?
ALSO -
1) Is there away to get rid of this

2) How can I check the version of my forum?
3) After adding/enabling the arcade to your forum, how do you
add games on it?

go to Admin-permissions-normal member- click allows qoute under
topic.
