       Is there a way I can delete all badges?

       I want to delete all badges and just have it so only
       administrators can distribute badges. However, I do not want to
       go through the long process of deleting heaps of awards. Is
       there a way I can shorten the deleting process and also make it
       so administrators can only give out awards?

       Not at the moment. You could disable all the badges at the
       moment then manually give them.
