       Well, I don't know, but can other administrators delete, add a
       ban, or even change the password to the root
       account/founder/main admin? It's just this quick question,
       thanks.

       Admins might be able to ban.
       
       Changing the password to an account? If any of your fellow
       Admins ever do that, you are able to take their powers, and
       issue a ban.
