Please Help! Bug: New Members are unable to register on my forum

Hi everyone,
First of all Thankyou for such a wonderful web site!
Coming to the topic,I have created a forum and new members are
also coming but many members are facing problems in registering
and that is when they try to register they recieve an error
message which say that their details match with an known
spammer.,Details : IP address matches with a known spammer!
Please fix this quick as my forum need members!
There is one more bug and that is no one is able to search my
forum or access my forum from google!
As my forums name is Entertainment - Forums,when we search it on
google it give no results found!
Please solve this ,this will make easier for users to find it
whenever they lost link!
This will also get me more members!
Another thing is I am unable to put shoutbox (free version) on
my forum I don't know but I have also gone through guide but I
am unable to understand the guide given so please if you can do
it for me on that forum please.

Disabled antispam for your forum should help registration.
It takes a while to become on google you need a good amount of
content. What you can do is submit your site to google to speed
it up.

Thanks dear for quick response and how much time will it take to
come on google?,how can I submit it to google and what will it
do ?
And is it free? And can you please put a shoutbox on my site on
my behalf?

Google learns that your site exists if you put links to it. A
google bot would go to a website and check its content then
follow links that are on it. Basically, get your links on other
websites to get noticed quicker. Advertise responsibly
