forum down AGAIN

once again, not only our site was down but the whole create
serversupport
19-00 through to 20-00 tonight.
this is beginning to happen too often now, what is happening
guys.
have you been "fixing" the server again ?
why so much down time ?
why is there no email support on the server so we can notify you
when its down ?
I am sure other members would also like to know whats going on
too.

You can email us at create (@) createaforum.com or post on the
facebook fan page.
This site is run by one person unfortunately sites this large
run into these issues and it is not as simple as just hosting
one forum due to the amount of traffic

I have no doubt it is not as simple as running one site, but as
a host of many web sites, the down time is getting more and more
of a regular thing,
especially those of us with our own domain name.
server was once again down today for a period of time ?

Yes it was. Built a better system to restart it hopefully and I
am now informed of a restart. It was down while I was sleeping
last night.

forum and support was down again today at 21-00
lasted all of about a minute this time m8, so looks like the
reboot system is working for you ;)

I haven't noticed it lately? I get alerts when it is restarted

Was an issue with custom domains fixed.
