II have several MODS in my forum but when i look in the
membership list it doesnt identify them as MODS like it does for
the ADMIN. How do I fix that?

How did you make them a mod? Did you manually change their
permissions or did you assign them the membergroup?

I went to the board I assigned them to and assigned them as
MODS Did I do it wrong??

I went to the board I assigned them to and assigned them as
MODS Did I do it wrong??

Yes.
When you assign a member to moderate specific boards, they'll
show up underneath the board, however not in the admin/mod list.
You will have to make them full moderators in order for them to
show up.
