       Administrative issue!

       My forum: artp.createaforum.com
       So basically the forum went inactive, I was admin there but in
       the same time I was assistant commander of a police group, but I
       had given admin to assistant commander membergroup (too lazy to
       give myself Admin + Assistant Commander). So I came back, and
       noticed my commander promoted me to "commander" rank, and he
       moved admin permissions to the "commander" rank! Now he - in
       short words - has administrator privilieges just like me and I
       can't ban him or change his rank please help!
