OK, ready for you to "park" garchysforums.tk
Then "verify url" and if you see a "1" press the back button and
confirm it.

Are you clicking the Verify URL link in the domain panel?

Looks like the .TK link is now working!
Now just verify and then confirm in the domain panel.

It's not working for me still, and I think something's messed
up. I can't visit the forum anymore, not even with the
.createaforum link. Can you?

If someone can access the admin panel and verify and confirm the
new url, which is garchysforums.tk, you should be able to access
it 100%.
I just set this forum and .TK up in less than 5 minutes:
MakeYourForumHaveA.TK

From any computer that works.
Take note here:
I set up all my forums on an iPhone 4 and or 5, so it shouldn't
be hard for a computer with better access.
