My forum page are not accessing

Go to admin panel, then boards, then add board to your specified
board and select "child of"

And the last question How to add a shout box
I had enable my shout box but its not Showing in forum

Admin- ezBlocks- add ezBlock- Block type: Shoutbox, add ezBlock,
then display on selected boards you choose, then click Save
Visible Settings.
Then if not displaying, go back into ezBlock manager and manage
the Shoutbox, them scroll to "on".
Then if it says it needs to be enables, go to the ezBlocks
category on admin and click settings, then click enable
Shoutbox.
DONE!
