       Permissions

       We just created a new board and I am having some trouble with
       the permissions.    When you create an account on our forums
       they have to be approved.  Once they are approved they are able
       to see everything on the board.  We don't want them to be able
       to see every board until they get their permissions set.
       For instance.  "User" creates an account and is approved.  They
       should only be able to see the "Welcome" board.  Once they reply
       to the rules, we go in and give them board permissions.   But
       for some reason everyone is able to see the whole board.
       I need help please and thank you.

       So they can see all the boards? But you want to hide some
       boards?

       set permissions within the boards themselves
       Admin>Boards>Modify>tick/untick permission groups
