Perfix near the subject

Admin, What about make some thing called perfix ?
I noticed that every vBulletin forum using it...
Can you make it ?
Like that :

Just make the option for make it with ComboBox.. like this :

And in admin panel like making Membergroups..
Make button for add them in every board and board child and if
you can please make color for it.

or even better if it were a 'charged for' add-on ?? Afterall,
the majority of CaF is free at present.
There are 'Message Icons' available at present, maybe a
possibility to change these into text in the CCS or something.?
