       Guest Welcome

       I have seen many forums in which there welcome was home tab
       page. But when we click Forum tab a box came up in the center
       saying you need to register to visit this page.
       Can you add somthing like this that when a guest join it shows
       them a message register first to visit with a register box. I
       will add a picture to show u what i mean.
       Please add option for it.
