does it say who the PM is from. Maybe its a news setting ?

nothing, 100% blank. it's not a news thing, if it were it would
probably say announcement or news

is there an awards system setup, but with no actual content, and
so people hitting certain post targets are being sent an award,
but which consists of nothing ?
