'Karma' problem - not visible

The 'karma' system is turned on.
I, as Admin, can see it but regular members can't.
I've looked everywhere, and as far as I can see there is only
one Admin area for Karma.
It is switched on under 'Core Features'. I've even switched off
then back on again.
Admin>Configuration>Features and Options>Karma
It is enabled, but only Admin can see it. Looked in permissions
etc and can't find anything relating to 'Karma'
The total number of 'Likes' is displayed though.
Has this anything to do with upgrades regarding
store/classifieds.
And now it shows 'Trade Count'- whats that ?

Trade Count is part of the classifieds system upgrade since it
has a trader system to rate members.

I've looked into every possible aspect - and Karma is still not
visible, only to Admin

I'm assuming by lack of response that this is an un-fixable
glitch ?

I still can't get my Like / Unlike links to display under
'karma' - any ideas ??
It's not showing on this forum either - just the total 'likes'
anyone else's like this ?
My settings under Karma look OK, but the applaud / smite links
don't display
