is there anywhere that I can grab all members registered emails
in one place, rather than having to go into each member profile
individually and copying and pasting the address ?

In the admin -> Mmembers area you can grab per page.

but thats still a 'copy and paste' job on each email
individually, yes ?
what if I wanted to email 2,000 members ?

We have the newsletter system if you have the upgrade or the
ultimate plan to email all members.

I have, and that only has a PM all members option, emails have
to be inserted individually ?

The pm option is only used if check that checkbox otherwise it
is an email.
Emails you select the mebergroups to send the emails to.
