Banner problem

The banner for my forum doesn't load half the time. Does anyone
know how to fix this?

You have a bad image hosting provider that is slow to load

Oh no, it's not
as has been said, host it yourself, don't rely on another
websites URL - they could move it or change the name at any time
- then your link would fail

I already downloaded it though and it loads properly. But i will

I tried to use the website you suggested and the image is
cropped no matter what size i select and it does not appear in
my inbox. I tried the junk folder too.
