Help!

I really need help! I can't figure out how to post polls on my
forum!!! I know there's supposed to be a button, but I don't
know how to get it there. I had a whole category for polls and,
the other day, I was going to post a poll and realized that
there wasn't even a button there! Is there a way that I can
enable it???
Also, I can't figure out how to register on my forum from my
computer. I get an error message every time, and I didn't
before. I haven't had new members in awhile. Is it happening
to everyone, or has my computer messed up?? Can I somehow
create new accounts in the Admin section?

I was able to register ok on the forum.
Make sure the forum has permissions to post polls and members do
as well if you want them to.

How do I edit the permissions to post polls? All of my members
have the right to, but there is no button. Even I can't post
polls, and I'm the admin, so how do I enable it?

I have the permissions set for my members. The button still
isn't there, yet. How do I ENABLE polls?

First you will need to start a topic there there is a Start Poll
button at the top and the bottom of the topic. There's a button
above the first reply and below the last one.
